Maintenance free induction drive brushless motor ´BL´
All metal construction:
-External case made of Dur-Al alloy.
-Bowl and lid interior made of stainless steel.
-Internal steel safety chamber between the bowl and the external case.
Microprocessor digital control for all functional parameters: speed, acceleration, brake, R.C.F, temperature, time, set programs, rotor identification, safety alarms and main functions.

Sensor technology rotor identification; when the lid is shut and before the rotor spins the sensor in the lid identifies the rotor from a chip within the rotor and communicates the data to the microprocessor of all the parameters and limits.
In the case of the wrong rotor being mounted, the system indicates the error to the user via the LCD display.
By using this technology the user is not limited by the pre-programmed microprocessor, additional and updated rotors can be added in the future.

Rotor, sealed buckets and adapters: identified by unalterable laser etched markings.
